The next morning came very quickly and Jungkook was up early in the morning to make breakfast and lunch for his husband and do the house chores because he too needed to reach his office at time ...

He did his morning routine and went downstairs ...he searched for the necessary ingredients for the breakfast in the kitchen and kept them on the counter ...

He decided to make some strawberry crepes and Nutella filled pancakes as he heard from Taehee that Taehyung used to love those ...he was busy mixing the batter for the pancake when he heard a voice calling him ...

"Sir ...what are you doing? You could have called me if you wanted anything ..." The housemaid named Martha who was a lady of mid 30s asked as she entered the kitchen ...

"Oh ..it's ok Martha-sshi ...I was just preparing breakfast and maybe some lunch too for Taehyung ...you don't have to worry ..and also plz don't call me sir ..just Jungkook is fine ..." Jungkook said with a smile ...

" Omo ..how can I call you with your name ? You are master's wife ...it's not a good thing ..." Martha asked ...

"So what if I am his wife ?? You are older than me and you should not call me with honorifics ...rather I should be doing that ...umm ..noona ? Is it ok if I call you that ?" Jungkook asked hesitantly and his words brought tears in Martha's eyes ...she smiled at him and ruffled his hair ...

"You are really very kind Jungkook ...no one has ever made me feel so honoured ...they just look at me as their maid ..their servant ..of course except taehee-sshi and Harabeoji but master Taehyung does not like it ...you are the first one who did it without anyone else's care ...thank you ...and yes, you can call me noona ...I would be very happy ..." Martha said ...

" Now c'mon ...I will help you ...you also have to leave for your office soon ..." Martha said and started helping Jungkook ...

After half an hour the breakfast and lunch was all ready...they just needed to serve the breakfast and pack the lunchbox ...

Jungkook started cleaning the kitchen counter whereas Martha did the dishes ...then jungkook went upstairs and took a shower and got ready for his office then went downstairs again ...

Jungkook was arranging the food items on the dining table when he saw Taehyung coming downstairs, fully ready in his suit ...

He thought that Taehyung will come to the dining table to eat and will at least greet him but he was proved wrong when Taehyung didn't even look towards him and directly went towards the door to leave ...

Jungkook immediately called seeing him going out ...

"What is it ?" Taehyung said in his usual cold tone ..

"Umm good morning Taehyung...it's that ..I made ...I mean, the breakfast is ready ...come and have it ..." Jungkook said hesitantly but Taehyung just sighed in annoyance ...

"And who told you to prepare breakfast for me ? Did I ask you to do it ? No right ...so why are you even bothering ....And for your very kind information,I don't eat breakfast so don't do such stupid things ...don't waste your time on useless things like this and leave for your own work if you want...And I am again warning you, don't try to act like my wife ...I know you are trying to fulfill the responsibilities of a good partner for me but I don't need it ...Thank you for the efforts but I will like it if you don't do it ..." Taehyung said sternly and was about to turn around again to leave but Jungkook again called him ...

"Now what ?" Taehyung said in a frustrated voice ...

"Yesterday when I promised you that I would take care of you, I meant it ...whether you take me as your partner or not , I do ...your mother asked me to look after her bear and I gave her my words that I will do that no matter what happens ...and as a good wife that I am, I have to look after my husband's health ....I have to make him eat homemade healthy food on time and I will make sure to do that whether my dear hubby likes it or not ...

And now you can go ...don't forget to eat your lunch ...see you in the evening tae ..." Jungkook said with a smile and it was just now that Taehyung noticed the lunch box that was in his hand ...he didn't even notice when Jungkook packed his lunch and placed it in his hand as he was busy contemplating jungkook's each and every word ...

" Go ...you will get late ..." Jungkook said and went away from there ...

He straight entered his room and finally his tears started flowing down his cheeks ..he closed his eyes and let the tears fall on their own ...he was crying silently...no matter how much he tried to ignore those harsh words..no matter how much he tried not to let those words affect him, he was getting affected ...it was hurting him too much but he has promised himself not to give up. ..not just yet ...

He wiped his eyes and went near the mirror to fix his makeup ...he didn't want anyone to see his weak state ...he was never the one to show his emotions to anyone...he is not someone who will cry and beg for someone's affection despite lacking it too much ...

After fixing himself properly and making himself presentable, he went down and saw that Taehyung had already left ...

'tch ..what was I even expecting??' Jungkook thought to himself and shook his head while going towards the kitchen ...Martha who saw everything that happened couldn't help but literally curse at Taehyung for his behaviour ...

She looked at Jungkook and noticed that he was packing all the food left in some tiffin boxes ...she was about to ask him what he was doing but he came towards her and handed her all the boxes making her confused...

" When you leave , take all these with you ...I am sure your little seolhyun would love it ..." Jungkook said with a wide smile making Martha confused ...

" How do you know about seolhyun? I don't remember telling you about her...and why are you giving me all this food Jungkook ...you didn't have your breakfast yet ... c'mon I will serve you .." Martha said but Jungkook stopped her ...

"No noona ...I am not hungry so you take it ...and about seolhyun, aunt Taehee told me about that little fluffball ...I would love to meet him someday ..." Jungkook said ... seolhyun was Martha's 8 year old daughter who lives with her mother,father and grandparents ... Martha comes to Taehyung's house in the morning to work and returns back to her home in the evening at 7 after making the dinner ...her husband also works in some company and therefore seolhyun stays mostly with her grandparents who love her like anything ...

" I ..thank you Jungkook ...you are really an angel ...I wish you will be very happy in life ...and I will definitely tell Hyunie about you...I am sure she would love you very much ..." Martha said with a smile ...

"Aniyo...I can't be an angel ..."

Jungkook said with a smile and went to his room to take his office bag leaving martha in confusion because of his words ...after some minutes he left the house after informing Martha ...

After reaching his company, he got engrossed in his work, partially forgetting about whatever happened that morning ...
